Almost right away into this one I'm struck by a question. Kame'sennin says that he got the Kinto'un from Kami-sama himself when Goku makes a comment about how wonderful and amazing the cloud is. Was this just a generic comment at the time, making Kame'sennin seem even more impressive (by having dealt with 'God' himself)? Or did he get the cloud from Kami-sama for real? I know later we see a bunch of these clouds with Korin, did he mean him?

I'm laughing over the old man's quips about Chi Chi's name too. I didn't know that 'chichi' could mean father, but I did know about it meaning 'breasts'. Of all the things to have the same word for LOL. 'Chichi's "chichi" is the Gyu-mao, and her "chichis" are her breasts...So then Chichi's chichi's chichis...are the Gyu-mao's." Did he really just say what I think he did by the end of it...LOL.

Another thing I wish they'd given more backstory on was that potion Roshi drank for immortality. If there were such potions, you'd think more DB villains would have tried to make that stuff instead of always going for the Dragon Balls.

Having the dub pretty well remembered on some lines is helping me notice some parts that were actually perfectly translated for the dub. Example being -

Master Roshi: Of course! There's nothing Master Roshic can't do!
Muten Roshi: Of course I can! There is nothing Muten Roshi cannot do!

- Perfect.

I'd forgotten about Baby Gamera, I wish he'd gotten showcased again at some point.

I love Roshi's little song while riding Gamera too. There's a reason he's one of my favorite anime perverts heh.

What are those things all over Roshi's back anyway? I know the two up on his shoulder that look kinda like crackers are like heating pads or something, but what about the tiny little dot things that go up the small of his back?

Muten Roshi: Sexy, aren't I?
Bulma: Yes, you sure are.

HA!

The 'Take care!' call popped up again and I swear I'm hearing like 'Genki de nah!', but I'll stick with the 'o-genki-de' that penguin explained to me, as his Japanese knowledge is better than my own.
